While helping you save time and money is my absolute favorite activity, here are a few other things about me:

(1) I admire the ingenuity and drive of entrepreneurs and enjoy learning about my clients' business.

(2) I enjoy organizing things; sales data, contacts, historical data, day-to-day activities...you name it and I'll organize it!

(3) I like to analyze data. While many find this activity boring, I live to distill information and report trends.

(4) I find preparing presentations fun. Clear communication is the key - be it verbal or visual, I enjoy arranging and clarifying the message.

Practical & Efficient

As an independent contractor you don't have to pay my taxes, insurance or any other fringe benefits. You don't have to provide me with a cubicle, phone or office supplies - you only pay for "time on task". Here are 10 ways I can help you save time and money:

(1) Connecting with your clients.

I'll help you keep in touch with your clients through specialized mailings and email announcements. I'll even help you send a birthday card to your mother-in-law.

(2) Confirm your sales appointments.

Fax or email me your list of appointments for the week and I'll confirm or reschedule them.

(3) New contact management.

I'll take all those business cards you collect, put them in a database, and send the prospects a follow-up communication.

(4) Routine reporting.

Not only can I help you with your daily reporting, but I'll also help you chase down the information you need from colleagues.

(5) Marketing support.

Everything from direct mail campaigns to search engine optimization.

(6) Travel coordination / concierge service.

Air, car, hotel...I'll even help you find a place to eat once you are there.

(7) Screen and forward your postal and e-mail.

I'll sort out the junk, respond to routine requests and prioritize the rest.

(8) Product or service research.

Need specialized software or equipment? A summer camp for the kids? A listing of the top rhinoplasty surgeons in your area? I'll research availability, ratings and price for you.

(9) Website maintenance/monitoring.

I can monitor links, analyze traffic reports, upload new content, and respond to "contact me" inquiries.

(10) Competitive analysis.

What are your competitors offering? What new competitors have recently entered your market?
